As a further evidence of Cartacci’s commitment to meet to the increasing requirements of its customers, 3 new straightening machines for bars have been designed and builded recently by Cartacci: one is for aluminium bars with a diameter of 28mm and 2 are for high alloy steel bars with diameter of 35mm destined for oil facilities: design of these machines is based on well-established experience of tube's straightening and the use of automatic set-system Cartacci “MSS” (Machine Set System): the introduction of characteristic parameters of bars allows the machine to calculate by itself the necessary settings for straightening process. Thanks to the combination of reliable and perfect mechanic with the most sophisticated electronic, Machine Set System successfully meets requirements for which it was designed.
