On the forthcoming exhibition TUBE 2010 in Düsseldorf we shall display the following products:

CNC 80 E TB MR (VA) all electric,

with multi-radius feature and transport boost
Equipped with a combined bending tool for mandrel bending incl. additional form clamp jaws and
a calendering tool (free form tooling). This facilitates to produce bends with tight radii, short clamp
lengths, and large radii on one same tube and in one only operation.

Other characteristics of this machine is a rotary swing loader with belt magazine by the side of the
machine for automatic loading of the tubes into the machine.

CNC 18 E MR VA
This production cell shows the possibilities of automated operations.

This cell comprises:

The tube bending machine is equipped with:
electrical bend table drive, electrical multi-radius feature,
tube positioning device (transport and orientation).
The functions for tube clamp, pressure die, and mandrel extraction are provided
with a mini hydraulic unit.

We bend stainless steel tubes from the Fischer companies.

Both CNC bending machines are equipped with the latest Beckhoff PC controls and
latest Schwarze-Robitec software.
