A new player at the tube industry is the Austrian company Rosendahl Maschinen GmbH. As a solution provider for metal tape forming, welding and corrugation in the wire & cable sector, Rosendahl has established a good reputation and market leadership in its fields of expertises: Extrusion, SZ-Stranding and Corrugation.
Corrugated stainless steel tubing is a promising alternative to traditional solar energy, heat exchanger or gas piping solutions. Its light weight, flexibility, and need for fewer connections and fittings make it easier to install compared to traditional piping. These benefits add up to substantial labour savings for installers and enables cost efficiency for builders.
The demand of metal tubes and Rosendahl’s long time experience in metal tape forming and welding technology have now paved their way to also offer manufacturing systems for producing corrugated metal hoses. Rosendahl´s product range covers production lines for solar, automotive, medical and industrial tube applications. According to the application, Rosendahl provides solutions for processing copper, aluminium and stainless steel for smooth and corrugated products. Moreover, depending on the product application manufacturing systems with TIG, PLASMA and LASER welding technologies are offered.
Rosendahl will for the first time present itself on the Tube 2010 in Duesseldorf. Located at hall 9, booth A74, and the Rosendahl team is looking forward to interesting discussions and questions.
