We have worked to obtain the trust of a wide range of customers in 110 countries worldwide with consistent, good quality for nearly 75 years. Direct contact and close-knit communication with more than 45 worldwide representatives ensures that we're always ready to listen to individual requirements and specific customer problems.

As an exhibitor at international trade fairs in Germany and abroad, we maintain personal contact to the users of our products and present the machines to interested local parties.

Good relations and constant communication with numerous important system producers allow us to react quickly to new trends and developments.
We use modern tool machines and high-quality materials to produce our machines. But machines and materials aren't enough to guarantee high quality - our well-trained specialists are the reason that we have been able to deliver exceptional and long-lasting quality for many decades. Our machines are sturdy and designed for long life; it's not unusual to find our customers working with machines that are older than 30 or 40 years old.

All of these factors contribute to our 5 year warranty on our machine products. Globalization has produced new, difficult challenges for many companies. We began facing these challenges over the last few decades - an export percentage of 90% in 110 countries worldwide shows that we're on the right track.

With certification for the "CCC" Quality Standard (Chinese Compulsory Certification) in 2006, we will continue to be permitted to export machines to the People's Republic of China. This is yet another example of our commitment to meeting the needs of our customers quickly and efficiently.
