NOVAFLUX® system: Cost effective highly sensitive bar inspection by PRÜFTECHNIK

Our latest product line is the flux leakage based NOVAFLUX® inspection system. NOVAFLUX® is used for the highly sensitive inspection of black and bright metal bars and seamless tubes. Longitudinal defects of a depth greater than 0.1 mm can be found. It handles high production speeds of up to 3 m/s and features a userfriendly touchscreen for easy operation. A detailed report of the test results permits further processing of defective, yet repairable bars, thus increasing the yield. NOVAFLUX® is an attractive investment that will pay off quickly: It comes at a highly competitive price with three flux leakage sensor sizes to choose from. Alternatively, NOVAFLUX® can be operated in combination with flux leakage sensor systems of other vendors.
