The new manufacturing plant has been installed and is fully operational, giving an additional 6,000mt of capacity for wire and cable compounds.

The Sandwich factory is approximately 55 miles east of the Gravesend facility and is a purpose built 90,000 square feet compounding unit which will adequately support the future growth plans of the business. The majority of the current staff will be transferring to the new site during the remainder of 2009 and the Gravesend site will be completely vacated by February 2010.

This move represents a significant investment in the future of the company and reinforces our commitment to continue leading in the design, innovation and efficient manufacturing of its range of technically advanced polymer compounds.
