The facility has a clear inside diameter of 4,300mm and a charging height of 4,600mm. The maximum annealing temperature is 900°C. CO2 analyzers are provided to automatically control purge flowrates in order to minimize process atmosphere consumption. The scope of supply consists of five gas-fired heating bells, eight Hicon/N2 workbases, eight inner covers, three cooling bells, a coil carrier tipper and a control center. Key components such as the Hicon/N2 workbases will be manufactured by Ebner headquarters in Linz, Austria. Heating bells, cooling bells, inner covers, coil carrier tipper and all the power panels and control systems will be made by the subsidiary Ebner Industrial Furnaces Taicang.
