Peter Holzrichter - Tube&Wire 2008, investment and expansion

Again Peter Holzrichter GmbH, Wuppertal, presents itself at the Tube&Wire 2008.

In hall 8b, stand A29 the steel stockholder presents tubes, stainless, piston rods, cylinder tubes and bright bars. Interesting for potential customers might be the fact that the company just bought a new machine for grinding and foil coating of flat products to offer its clients an even more attractive service. Sum of investment: one million euros.

Apart from that Holzrichter currently re-activates a third warehouse in Schwerte-Geisecke with 15,000 square metres. Business there starts in spring 2008.

The product range of Holzrichter omprises hot and cold rolled steel, stainless and bright steel, aluminium, sheets, piston rods and cylinder tubes (also hardened and stainless), tubes, strips, coils and slit strips.

Holzrichter also offers sawing plants, longitudinal parts and cut-to-length lines. High-tech and mostly automated storage techniques allow a just-in-time distribution and saves the customers unnecessary warehouse costs.

In 2007 Holzrichter achieved a turnover of about 212 million EUR with 170 employees.
