With a partner consortium, MÜLLER OPLADEN is supplying a fully automated pipe shop inclusive of a pipe profile cutting machine controlled with 6 CNCs to a customer in India. All process steps, from removal of the pipe from the store via pipe bending through to pipe profiling, as well as all preparatory activities are computer-controlled without exception. The customized software coordinates data interchange between customer`s software systems on the one hand and the controls of the various machines on the other.
