UTA Auto Industrial was originally founded in 1980 from the machine builder. We have developed and steadily grown to encompass the wiring connectors, sealing washers and fastener assembly machine design. This allows a cost effective and reliable solution to the wiring and fastener industry.

Being Machine Builder -

The projected team to serve customers with the reliable fastener machines, from in-line feeder, assembly, optical sorting to number packing. Being unique globally having the ability to manufacture proprietary multi-piece fastener assembly machines for the industry. The range of machines is extensive. All are designed and built in-house from quality materials with a high standard of manufacture to ensure the equipment supplied to the customer, provides many years of repeatable service with minimal maintenance. Various different markets are covered by the different models. These being:-

- Equipment

- Cable Clip Assembly

- Nail and Screw Assembly

- Washer Assembly onto fasteners

- Counting and Boxing Units

The machines are designed to the CE directives and other safety requirements. As the units are all in-house designed, fabricated and assembled, inclusive of electrical and electronic functions, quality control is maintained. The modular design ensures that if subsequent similar equipment is purchased, it will be easy to maintain with a minimum spares stock. Bespoke systems can be designed to be incorporated into the production process if required.
