As the name suggests, long products denotes stainless steel that is manufactured into continuous lengths of product, normally billet, rod, bar or stainless rebar.

This versatile material is suitable for a wide range of applications, in particular:
• Chemical and petrochemical processing
• Pulp and paper industries
• Machining of shafts, valves, fittings and other components
• Food and beverage industry applications
• Wire, springs, bolts and fasteners

Additionally, stainless steel reinforcing bar is used widely in construction industries where its inherent strength and high resistance to corrosion makes it of particular importance e.g. bridge construction.

Slab
Our slab products are supplied in either ground or black condition.
Thickness: up to 300mm
">Grades: Slabs are available in a wide range of ferritic, martensitic, austenitic and duplex stainless steel grades.

Applications: Raw material and feedstock applications.

Bloom
Our bloom products are supplied in unground condition.
Profile: 300 x 400mm
Lengths: 4000 to 12000mm

Grades: Blooms are available in a wide range of ferritic, martensitic, austenitic and duplex stainless steel grades. Blooms are also available in a wide range of precipitation hardening stainless steel grades.

Applications: Raw material and feedstock applications.

Billet
Our billet offering consists of both square and round profiles including:
Continuously cast billet in127mm, 140mm and 150mm profiles.
Forging billet in 150mm to 250mm profiles.
Diameter/">Grades: Billets are available in a wide range of ferritic, martensitic, austenitic and duplex stainless steel grades. Billets are also available in a wide range of precipitation hardening stainless steel grades. A selection of our typical grades is given in our Rod Coil datasheet.

Applications: Wide range of manufacturing applications, including:
• Seamless tube
• Flanges

Rod Coil
Our rod coil offering includes round, hexagon, square and flat profiles.

Applications: Reinforced concrete structures where enhanced durability is an essential requirement such as bridges.
