About us

Sixty years ago, Wilhelm Althammer founded a copper smithy in Heidenheim an der Brenz.

This craft enterprise evolved into our independent, medium-sized family-owned company that now focuses on the processing of stainless steel and other high-quality alloys:

Today we process these materials into welded pipes and pipe accessories as well as tanks, apparatus and special structures. Our range of services also includes the installation of complete piping systems ready for operation.

The wide variety of fields of application of our products can be found in the most varied sectors of industry, such as the chemicals and petrochemicals industry, the oil and gas industry, the pulp and paper industry, the biofuel extraction industry, the power generation industry, environmental engineering, the nuclear industry and other branches of the mechanical engineering and plant construction industry.

More than half of the products are exported far beyond the boundaries of Europe.
