Production principle of welded tubes

The input steel strip is formed into a circular cross-section in the moulding orderIt is followed by a high frequency welding in a welding centreAfter welding, the Tube is calibrated – it obtains precision geometric shape and dimensionIt is followed by cross splitting to a required length by a power sawAlingment and packing of tubes into nests is the final operation

On our longitudinal separating funnel SL 1650/3 we are able to process and supply a split steel, poss. galvanized tape, especially in constructional but also other qualities in the following extent:

Wall thickness: 0,4 - 3,0 mm
Coil width: 20 - 1630 mm

We also carry out splitting of materials supllied by our customers. We are able to process a cold, warm, galvanized, aluminium, poss. stainless tape etc.
