Ateco was established at the beginning of the 90s focusing its activity on the design and construction of Plants for the production of semi-finished non-ferrous metals. The rotary smelting furnaces for the refining of copper scrap, the vertical semi-continuous casting plants and the horizontal continuous casting plants, represent the core activity within this whole plant manufacturing field.

Through the acquisition of the brand and expertise of the former company "Calamari", Ateco Impianti is today in the position to design and to build all type of induction equipment.

Ateco Impianti is a subsidiary part of Engitec Technologies, a worldwide known operating since many years in the segment of secondary non-ferrous metallurgy through complete engineering and equipment supply services.
