Fortuna Federn GmbH is established manufacturer of the spring making machinery and equipment on the world market. On the WIRE 2012 show in Duesseldorf we will present on 140 m² space our almost complete production range.

Our COM CNC line we will present through COM-8 CNC and COM-16 CNC hydraulic servo controlled spring making machines up to 8.00 mm and 16,00 mm wire diameter which become very popular on the world market because of it is cost effectiveness and ist reliability.

Redesigned WIM CNC servo controlled lathe coilers with newest CNC control system made for production of COLD and HOT coiled cylindrical and even conical compression, extension and torsion springs will be presented through several model sizes starting from 0.80 mm up to 95.00 mm wire diameter. This is our most selling product line which convinces with its very fast set up process and now even bigger productivity.

Our very popular spring looping machines OBW and MPK have been also redesigned and extended for few new sizes for even easier set up process.

BEM-12 CNC servo controlled half automatic wire bending machine is suitable for the production of the most diverse bending parts.

Our new GRM line of spring end grinders will be presented with new GRM-10 up to 10,00 mm.
